Room for Improvement the only minor issue with this hotel was that the fitness facilities are situated quite a distance from some of the rooms. the air quality in the fitness room was quite poor which could cause problems requiring regular exercise.

Surrounded by fresh trees, our palace-style hotel room was roomy and full of ancient Chinese decorations. the grand, welcoming lobby was only matched by the impeccable service from the staff, including Wind Jin and Michael Wang. the breakfast had a generous variety of both Eastern and Western food options in the bright restaurant. the hotel is conveniently close to the Eco-City area, easily reached by fast train, making it the perfect place to stay while avoiding the city's pollution.

Some staff members in the executive lounge lacked enthusiasm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had a modern feel to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay which made me feel welcomed. The room had a nice traditional Chinese style and had a great bed. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel bar had nice live music which made the atmosphere enjoyable. I had a great experience.

Absolutely nothing.

Spent my Christmas in this grand hotel and loved the experience. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's location provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city and offered beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste.

The hotel's restaurant options were lacking and often closed at inconvenient times. the staff were sometimes slow to respond to requests and didn't always communicate well with guests.

Amazing hotel experience! the ambiance is breathtaking, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the rooms are spacious and well equipped, with lovely views of the city. the breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel, with a great buffet of Asian and European cuisine. the gym is enormous, the pool is well maintained, and the gardens are beautiful. the location is perfect for a city trip, close to many attractions and public transportation. the hotel also has fantastic Internet connection, which made it easy to keep in touch with family and friends.

The check-in process which could be a bit more efficient, but once you arrive in the room, you forget any inconvenience. the room service was a bit slow, but the quality of the food made up for the delay.
